Geir Skeie, owner and chef, have worked at some of the best restaurants in Oslo (Le Canard, Solsiden, Palace Grill), Skarsnuten in Hemsedal and at Solvold and Midtåsen in Sandefjord. Geir Skeie is the winner of several major cooking contests where the crown juwel is the Bocuse d'Or 2009 (the "Culinary World Cup").
Katrine Borg Skeie, hostess and pastry cheff, have worked at top restaurants in Oslo (Le Canard, Solsiden), Hemsedal (Skarsnuten Hotel) and in Denmark (Koch in Aarhus). Norwegian apprentice champion of 2004. Creative, and loves to create new and exciting sweets.

Brygga 11 is a A la carte restaurant located by the seaside. we are open for lunch and dinner and have open positions in cold and hot section in the kitchen, and waiters in the restaurant.
We are looking for staff willing to work towards our vision of 100% costumer satisfaction under our values Teamwork, Fun and Creative, Down to earth and wholehearted.
Waiter and bartender
As a waiter your job as part of the Brygga 11 team, is to make sure our guests have a pleasant experience in our restaurant. To make them feel welcomed and at home. Part of your job description (depending on your role) will be: present the menu, take both food and drink order, make sure the guest have water and bread, follow up on the guests, daily tasks, and to follow Brygga 11 ́s values (teamwork, down to earth/casual, fun (creativity), and whole hearted). We are looking for waiters with both a lot and less experience, a person who always has a smile in hand, spreads good energy, and who likes to work at high speed. You need to be 20 years.
Chef
As a chef you will have varying working day, with both preparations, lunch and evening a la carte, as well as bigger parties during the summer. You have to like to work at a high pace, have a passion for food, and are willing to work towards an overall goal. You are educated, experienced and have a desire to work in an exciting, educational, and fun environment.
